Not a Speedtrap, rather it is constant monitoring of running the Red or even the Amber light on 20th Avenue West bound, mostly with turns to South bound 130th Street. Police sit on 130th Street 2nd parking spot North of Intersection facing South either usually in White Patrol Car but has been on a Motorcycle.
