THIS AREA IS IN A POLICE STATE OF EMERGENCY! Speed traps like crazy, especially on Rt. 121 on the straightaway between Michelle Estates and the Intersection of Rt. 121 and Rt. 35. They most frequently wait in the John Jay Middle school parking lot, and they’ll get yah for anything over 35.

State Troopers like to sit in the parking lot of the Shell Station in Cross River- they park like they’re about to pull out, but they wait for speeders going past John Jay High School. They’ll get you for doing anything over 40.
