Ellicott, New York Speed Traps

Officer sits in a secluded prepared area facing South bound traffic which is descending a very steep hill. He is secluded approximately halfway down the hill. Since all vehicle have a tendency to gain speed going down hill, I feel this is a very exploitive situation.
