North of LIE on 164th Street, once you pass the traffic light at Booth Memorial Ave…as you go down the hill across from Kissena park, there is a cop that during nice weather)stands holding a radar gun. He is at the bottom of the hill waiting for you. Gets car after car. I have seen him use a NYC Taxi also.
