Construction Is OVER till April/May 2007 and these lovely People from the state DOT Have decided to leave this area at 30 Instead of 40. Great Money maker. There excuse is "Construction will end totaly in Oct 2007. Strange thou No One doing anything. And Construction Foreman told me all done till Spring.
