Hastings, New York Speed Traps

Warburton ave in Hastings as you get towards yonkers has a 30mph speed limit. Because of the type of road, you wanna do 40 or higher. there is a turn with a hill right near the border between Hastings and Yonkers where the busses turn around. They will radar gun you before you see them. Sometimes they are just sitting in the turn around not gunning. I passed one at 38mph and was not pulled over
