Johnson City PD sits in a cut out above Johnson City High school. Posted speed limit is 30MPH, but cars coming down the hill struggle to stay below 40. Many many people nailed there. Traffic moves pretty fast up the hill too, but usually can see if the PD is there when going up the hill, but not down.
