Usually is run during the afternoon rush-hour, but sometimes in the morning.

3-lane (or 2-lane + "parking") service road, despite being wide and straight, still has the 30mph city limit.

Marked vehicle sits off the side of the road using a radar gun. Speed limit is 30MPH. The road is adjacent to the Long Island Expressway and has homes on one side.
