Coming westbound from Montgomery, speed changes to 45 from 55 just where the highway goes up a slight rise prior to the traffic signal. Was told by a friend who is a Parking Enforcement Officer for TOWPD, that this location is a top money maker for the town. Also, if you get stopped by the officer who has the ‘goal post’ lights – good luck!
