State Route 300 near State Route 207
State troopers will sit in the Steak and Stein Parking lot backed into the woods (on the north side?) seen during dark hours of AM rush hour traffic. As you come down the hill after passing Walmart, you can not see them backed into the woods. The only reason I knew they were there was my detector goes off. They catch traffic heading towards the interesction of 300 and 207 and coming from that intersection towards Newburgh. I’ve only seen them there during the dark hours.
State Route 52 near State Route 84
The cop sits in the Town of Newburgh Ambulance Corp parking lot, tucked back in the corner, across from Algonquin park. The speed limit is reduced int his area and it is Very easy to breeze right past him without even realizing it.
Union Avenue
Union Ave. has a 30mph speed limit on it & no one follows the limit at all / not even School buses… This area is on the corner of a deadend street a great spot for a trap… The Police could easily write out a dozen tickets a day…
