Newfane, New York Speed Traps

Cops will sit in the parking lot of LaRose Farms just past Ewings Rd. and Purdy Rd. on Rt 104 West. The speed limit changes on 104 from 55 to 45 as you head East toward Wrights Corners. They are usually checking speed of cars coming West out of Wrights Corners. This is a 45 zone! Formerly 55 as early as last year.

Police will sit at in the church parking lot and use the sign at the road to hide their presence. usually in the morning checking cars headed south. however it may occur in the P.M. rush hour for cars heade North. Be careful here.
