Norwich, New York Speed Traps

Anywhere from County 36 (Norwich-Guilford Road) to the Back River Road, any time of day is possible but they like rush hours.

State Rte 23 westbound into City limits (30mph Zone). After you cross a bridge there is a sweeping right turn. Patrol cars sit in empty lots on the left or right side of the road. This is a favorite route for SUNY students going to/from Oneonta & Cortland.

Traveling north out of the City you pass a hospital on your leFort Just past the hospital you begin to go down a long hill. The speed limit is 30mph. At the bottom of the hill local police park on the right in a florist shop parking lot.
