Nunda, New York Speed Traps

Going east on 436 towards Dansville, the Nunda Police sit down in the "dip" (just before Scipio Road) waiting for people to hit the crest of the hill.

Heading south on State Route 408 coming into the Village of Nunda there is a small pull-off right where the speed limit reduces to 40 MPH. The cops love to sit there behind some bushes so you can’t see them until you pass them. It’s just south of the two golf courses. Because you’re coming down a hill it’s easy to exceed the speed limit. Slow down before you get to the speed limit sign.
