Police van parked south of merge of lanes on Waverly Ave on west side of road prior to 5th precinct heading south. Backed into position slightly rotated toward Holtsville and recycling area.

mostly toward the end of the month-afternoons, on fair to nice days. Cops say it’s a Safety Check! They check everyone-seatbelts, stickers,etc.
