Pine Bush, New York Speed Traps

In the Town of Crawford,Orange County, NY the local Government has hired a “Ticket Specialist ” to provide income for the Town of Crawford. The officer is 5’7″ grey haired with glasses and mustache. This “Ticket Specialist” generally hides between the local Post Office and a gas station on the right side of east bound NY State Route 52. He is sometimes in other place notably NY State Route 52 eastbound outside of Pine Bush at the border between Town of Crawford and Town of Montgomery. There are around 20 to 40 people per Court Session that this single officer has given tickets to. Most of the tickets are for Speeding a few miles per hour over the Town of Crawford Speed Limit, 30 MPH. I live very close to where he hides and I have seen literally humdreds of stops over the past year. I am seeing minorities, women and young people. There are certainly others that he pulls over but the bulk of what I see are those groups.
