Interstate 87
State troopers are everywhere on I-87 in the Plattsburgh Area. They seem to pull over a LOT more out of state cars than locals, especially cars with NEW JERSEY license plates on their way to & from Canada.

Construction area between exits 36 to 40, speed limits range from 45 to 55, highly enforced.

I-87 Between Exit 34 and 35, 35 and 36
There is a U-turn between 34 and 35 where I’ve seen as many as six troop cars lined up. Watch overpass as well. Have seen officers under hoods of pickups with radar. Sneaky buggers. There is a rest area and another u-turn between 35 and 36. Both are used often. Once bagged by Camaro chase car at rest area.
