As you enter Port Leyden on a 4 lane rd RT 12 the speed limit drops to 35 mph for a few blocks . a State Trooper sits facing you on the other side of guardrail at the stoplight. Very hard to see him at night. Also patrolled by Lewis co sherriff on a regular basis
