Salt Point Turnpike

Poughkeepsie, New YorkJun 14, 20040 Comments

Cops love to sit in any of the commercial parking lots that line Salt Point – especially at nights.

They seem to definitely be around more on Friday and Saturday nights, but their presence is there nonetheless. The road invites speeding, as it is devoid of too many turns until down the road a bit, and is predominately flat. It also doesn’t help that State Police have a service station up the road next to Boces.
