When you come down hill from winery going north the trooper sits next to a
Building. By the time you see him it’s too late.

A trooper sits beside the old Garden Resteraunt so going south on 89 u dont see him till u are almost on top of him. And coming from the south there is a bend in the road before u get to him so he’s hidden by the trees of the state park.. The speed zone is 55 of Rt 89 and 45 of garden st extention… about half way up garden st ext. there are no more houses but the zone is still 45.
