Slaterville Springs, New York Speed Traps

NYSP/TCSD sits facing north in the parking lot of Archie Nash auto. This is at the bottom of a 45mph hill and at the intersection of Route 79 and Thomas Road. They are hidden by a line of trees so by the time you see them, they have you. This is on the edge of a 35mph school zone as well.

Sheriffs and State police wait in a turnout between piles of gravel at Gaggle. Co. on the south side of the road, just east of the rest area turnout. (Slightly west of Larchwood Farms.) They can get you going either direction, but speeding up too quickly as you leave Slaterville going east is the more common hit. Limit there is 55.
