West Genesee Street near Church Parking Lot
The Speed limit drops from 40 MPH to 30 MPH and there is a parking lot that they will sit in and use their radar. They can hide themselves pretty well there!

They will sit in between other cars in the Parking lot, or sit in the far corners of the parking lot and radar people. I see them all the time there. Also they are always at the gas station across the street.
