2 Mile stretch of West Ridge Road (Rt. 104) between Manitou Road and South Union St.; 4 lane highway posted at 40mph has daily Sheriff Patrol cars hidden in various locations. It is ‘difficult’ to maintain 40mph on this wide 4 lane road, and has been constantly monitored by Monroe County Sheriff Patrols for years. Average speeds of traffic are over 50 due to the openness/design, and I see someone pulled over on a daily basis.
