Spring Valley, New York Speed Traps

The speed limit is 15MPH from Heitman Drive to Route 59 along the fence line of the athletic fields. The Police sit by the entrance to Kennedy Mall facing South just past a slight rise and pull over cars two or three at a time.

Cops are always sitting in the parking lot of Monsey Glen County Park. This is at the end of the exit from 59 going right onto Saddle River Rd. They are mostly looking out for drivers who don’t stop at the stop sign.
