They’ll sit on the right-hand side at Monument Hill, a few hundred feet in from Route 9-G. It’s mainly an issue for motorists heading into the village, as the speed limit drops from 40 to 25 at the same time the road goes significantly downhill. (Village streets are quite narrow, so doing the speed limit is the prudent thing anyway.)
