Wales Center, New York Speed Traps

Town of Wales Center is between two large hills. US 20A goes straight through town which is 35 MPH. They sit on the Sheldon side of town waiting for you to goose it to get up the big hill. Posted limit does not change until you hit the hill. How many people are going to do 35 until they are at the base of the hill and floor it to get up the hill? This is a pure and simple cash cow fund raiser and I am sure they cash in plenty; infuriating for the occasional passer by.
