at left of Sunoco station old road to railroad they sit here, waiting for anyone to go through a yellow light after coming down a steep hill. if it’s yellow, stop at it even if the guy behind you can’t.

State Route 4 & Route 22 – Town or Village of Whitehall near all posted speed signs
32 mph in a 30 will get you a ticket. the town is made of small "hills" which will allow you to drift over posted speed limits. In town is now 25 mph which is also strictly enforced, Do not even think of having a sniff of a beer cap, let alone a drink!

They wait about 50 feet inside the 30 and nab Anyone!!! going 32 or over it seems always got somebody. Love the fine money maybe?
