State Highway Patrol will sometimes sit at the base of Lewiston Hill, just under the 104 overpass…they wait and watch for folks coming down the hill onto the Moses…and GOTCHA!!

As the road dips, just past the village speed limit of 30 the cops sit and wait at the foot of the hill and nab many.

Youngstown police often sit in the boat storage lot at the corner of Church Street and Third Street to make sure you’re doing 30 or below after it drops straight from 55 to 30.

They nail you hard too because by the time you get to where they are, you’ve had well over a mile to slow down.

The local cops sit at the Methodist church parking lot make sure your doing 35 or below
