RNC patrol are frequently park on Carpasian Road near the Elks Club driveway to catch motorists making illegal left turns off Empire Ave. Most active sightenings during rush hour, 7-9am.

RNC’s presence usually higher during a.m. tapering off at midday.Evening rush hour seems to be a busy time also.During these times you can expect to see/meet a cruiser from C.B.S Access Road into Torbay Rd.Vehicles travelling 10 km/h or more above the posted 100 km/h will be targeted.
