Mainly late at night. Anyone is fair game but sporty cars and cars with female occupants are targeted very very frequently. There are two Jeeps that have radar that typically hang out near the first stoplight going into town on N 55. There are normal marked sedans but aren’t used very often. There are also a couple of strip malls that have nice obstructions that they can hide behind. They are not to be messed with. They have nothing to do except this. The department is know to have bad eggs and they keep a constant supply. It is also thought that there is some very shady practices involvin various methods of intrapment so if it seems fishy it is. They typically turn their radar off and on so don’t go with full trust of your detector.
