Creedmoor, North Carolina Speed Traps

Creedmoor PD will sit by the lake in the gravel lot, and if you are heading out to butner on 56 or lake road coming over the hill, by the time you see them it is a little to late.

This trap is on NC-56 traveling West towards Creedmoor where the Speed Limit drops from 55mph to 45mph. Right past Mount Energy Elementary School on the right there is a power substation and Creedmoor LEO’s sit in the parking area well hidden and use instant on K-band radar. Due to heavy vegetation approaching this area, you cannot see them parked in this small parking area until it is too late!
