Dallas, North Carolina Speed Traps

There sometimes is a state trooper setting on the hill behind the Hardin Road exit heading to Lincolnton on U.S. Hwy. 321. Usually noticed in the AM hours. Wife says he sets there and does his paperwork but he also sets in the grass. Kind of fishy to me. I dont trust them!

When coming up to the landfill from either direction you are blocked by a sharp bend on one side and a big hill on the other side. By the time you see the cop setting in the landfill parking lot he’s already locked his radar in on you. Be warned, this was my first ticket (67 in a 45mph zone) and with all the speeders he is showing up more and more.

NC Highway Patrol, Gaston County PD, and Gastonia City PD sit in grassy median between north and south bound lanes and under highway 279 overpass. Main times multiple patrol cars are in same area. Not always in open, sometimes hide behind large bushes growing in median.
