Greensboro, North Carolina Speed Traps

Speed limit between Randleman Road and US220 is 45 MPH, people routinely drive 55+ through this section. I drive this section between 5-7 PM everyday, and see SHP and Guilford Co. sheriff cars monitoring at least twice a week. Sometimes they hide in driveways or on the exit ramps of 220. The speed limit here is 45 for good reason – lots of cross traffic and residential development.

Attention Truckers, The NCDMV Enforcement has been laying the smacketh down on us big Trucks, Especially at night, the speed limit from MM 118-130 is 55 mph on I-85, and these guys do not give any breaks..And they will check your trucks inside and out, even log books. All I got to say is, don’t mess with these DOT Bears, they will lay the smacketh down on you, and 4 wheelers, you are not exempt from them stopping you too..

Always pulling cars especialy when heading west. The favorite spot of the cop that patrolls this area is on the side streets to the east and west. dont speed

NCDMV working work zone hard, especially on 18 wheelers, have seem some cars pulled over too,, it is a 55 mph zone so be carefull.
