Officer sits in the same lot as an old tobacco barn. Have seen several people stopped on Sunday morning as they are heading to church (presumably Unity Baptist Church.
Arlington Boulevard near Red Banks Road Crossing
police sit in all business areas usually after 5 P.M. near the intersection of Arlington Blvd. and Red Banks Rd. They are looking for any infractions(speeding, seatbelts, one-headlight..etc..).
10th Street near ECU
Cops sit at the little convinence store right by East Carolina University. They are pointed to catch people coming from down town. They ususally start around 11ish. Be carefull people got busted by them yesterday.
10th Street near ECU College Hill Drive
Pitt County is the 3rd highest county in North Carolina (100 counties) for writing speeding tickets. 10th Street and Arlington Boulevard are HEAVILY patrolled, and cops are constantly using radar. This goes for Pitt County/Greenville Police Department, and the East Carolina University Campus Police. Do NOT speed in Pitt County over 5 mph over. The place is on lock down.
