Main North/South 4 Lane Hwy between 2 Major NC Cities. They are Jacksonville, (home of Camp Lejune Marine Corps Base) and Wilmington, (a major eastern Port).The Town of Holly Ridge limits are about 3 1/2 miles long.

Cop drives back and forth through this two mile stretch. You better be going 45 or less. Have personally been pulled over for 47 MPH. Also DWI checkpoint on weekends — VERY STRICT.
