Out-of-state drivers are pulled out of line. Very aggressive enforcement. Strange attitutude for an area that depends on tourists.

As you come into Dare county from Currituck county on 158 you come across the Wright Memorial Bridge. At the foot of the bridge between the the speed limit changes from 55 to 45. The officers (County or City) sit in the median right at the foot of the bridge.
