It begins at all entrances into Spring Hope and ends at all exits of the town. Two marked cars patrol continuously throughout the day and pull cars speeding over 35mph. Drive 36 mph and you are ticketed. I drive this route 4-5 times a week and see cars pulled each time I enter the town.
