They sit at the bridge between exit 150 and 151.. The Bridge Is crossing over the interstate. It is the Radio Road bridge , Which they hide on the shoulder behind the bridge in the East bound lane.. You cant see the Troopers till they see you.. Radar in the rear of the cars..

Police car is parked aside the road, completely in the dark, so tickets at night (mine was at 1:30 am) are very probable.
