Watch this stretch of road specficially at night! Speed limit is 35 mph and the PD sits at the car wash and waits for you to exceed 35 while going down the hill! Must ride brakes to keep 35 or under!

Just after either merging onto HWY 311 from the Ridgewood on-ramp if heading west, or just before the Ridgewood off-ramp and after the merge from I-40, if heading east, there is a cut-through in the trees between the two opposite-travelling roads. Often there are multiple highway patrol officers in waiting.
