Tower City, North Dakota Speed Traps

Trap is adjacent to interstate off-ramp and a truck stop/cafe on edge of a tiny town. No residences near enough to road to justify 25 mph speed limit. Trap exploits "velocitized" motorists who have just exited 75 mph I-94. This state highway is a shortcut to destinations north and east of this interchange, as the interstate veers SW at this interchange. You can vote with your $ and refuse to gas up or eat at (practically) the city’s only business — the truck stop/cafe. Maybe that will make the town rethink their excessive enforcement.
