Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia Speed Traps
Main Road/Pleasant Street, near Belmont Ave.
Occaisionally sit in lower driveway to refinery, almost accross from Belmont Ave. Can tag traffic travelling in or out. Sometimes do traffic direction at the end of the workday at the end of that driveway. Sometimes sit to observe traffic when children are being picked up in front of the pizza shop accross the street…4 lane rd. Some traffic heading to Cow Bay doesn ‘t stop.
Entering Eastern Passage, near Cherubini Metal Works
Occasionally sit in parking lot at Cherubini. When leaving Eastern Passage on Main Rd., they can sit back behind bushes so you are practically at driveway before you see them. If they are monitoring traffic entering Eastern Passage, thay can tag you at the crest of the hill approaching the lower refiney driveway just before the CN Rail overpass. By the time you hit the overpass, you’ve already been pegged.
Pleasant St/Crawford St/Shirley St Intersection
Occasionally sit in driveway behind Fred’s Pizza at intersection just passed the end of the Circumferential Highway, heading towards Eastern Passage on Marine Drive.

Just after the large Ultramar plant on the 322/Marine Rd/Main Rd, the ‘highway’ becomes a ‘road’ and the speed drops to 50. The RCMP will be hiding at the gravelly patch just before Myers Lane, almost under the speed limit sign.

Inbound to Eastern Pasage via Woodside just before you reach Picquet Fences Flower shop, patrol car on the left scouting for speeders.
