Athens, Ohio Speed Traps

Cops sit just over the hill and they clock you when they see the top of your roof and they have you as you crest the hill.

Near the liquor store, Lucky Dogs, cops often sit off the road checking passerbys speed.

OHP occasionally sets up speed traps along US 33 southbound heading towards Athens. Use caution when proceeding through section of US 33 between Movies 10 and The Plains exit.

For speeding the state troopers there will practically throw you in jail unless you pay $$ immediately. The trooper didn’t like my answers for my business being there so they had 2 troopers hold me there for an hour and search my car for drugs. AVOID ALL OF OHIO PERIOD!
