Beavercreek, Ohio Speed Traps
all of Trebien rd. from US. 35 north to US. 235 in Fairborn
Cant go through this area with out being on radar either by State Troopers or Greene County Sheriffs Dept !!!. usually in the widened areas of the road a lot of times on the roll.
On I-675 South, between Rt35 and Willmington Pike
This speed trap is on the south bound lanes and they nail speeders by aircraft. The plane circles overhead with up to 3-4 State Police cruisers waiting at the bottom of the long descent, just around the bend by Wilmington Pike. Radar detectors are of no value. This is usually a morning to mid afternoon speed trap and can be any day of the week.
Anywhere on I-675.
There are a high number of accidents on I-675, especially around the Rt. 35 intersection and they are increasing patrols substantially in an effort to slow people down.
N Fairfield Road just North of Indian Ripple.
Beavercreek police sit in the church or in Fairbrook school parking lots between N Fairfield Road just North of Indian Ripple and south of Shakertown Rd. The location is at the bottom of two hills, speed limit is 35. You will have to apply brakes to keep from speeding down the hills in either direction. Along with a 25mph school zone when in sesion, BPD love to pick off the coaster that exceed the speed limit.
U.S. 35 anywhere between Fairfield and Factory
State cruisers will sit on 35 anywhere from Fairfield to Factory, either on side of road or in median break. Most frequently Fridays through Sundays.
