State Highway State Route 65 near W. Main Street
Cairo is no more than a blip on the map, there is probably not even 1000Ft of State Route 65 in the village. Cairo PD will stop you (and write a ticket!) for 2 MPH over the unrealisticly low speed of 35 MPH. Cairo gets most of its income from speeding tickets.

St. Rt. 65 at Main St. (also called Lincoln Hwy.)
This little village only has approx. 500 feet of St. Rt. 65 in the vill. limits but drops the speed limit from 55mph to 35mph without any warning before you reach the village. The police sit behind parked vehicles so that you don’t see them before you pass them.
