Whipple Ave from Tusc through Belden Village Ave is loaded with Police. This road contains Police from all areas….State, Perry, Jackson, Sherrif. It is bigger than the Hills -n- Dales trap in town. Beware anywhere near Myers Lake Plaza……PoPoZow! -JJ
State Route 172 near Woodlawn Avenue
S.R. 172 or Tuscarawas Street, West, between Woodlawn Avenue and Perry Road. There are two schools whose accesses are both from the highway. There are warning flashers and road markings for the reduced speed during certain hours, but the reduced speed goes for longer than one would expect and patrol cars sit in business parking lots across from the schools on a regular basis. The 20 mph is strictly enforced.
Hills and Dales Road near Tam O’ Shanter Golf Course
Village of Hills and Dales is a private community. The village has its own police with authority to issue tickets. There are two Impala cruisers primarily using Ka Band radar; officers will sit in private driveways and alongside Hills and Dales Rd and commonly use "instant-on" detection. Anything over 39 usually means a ticket.
State Route 172 near Belvoir Road
Heading East on Rt 172 before reaching the village limits. Cops sit past the hill pointing their radar towards town.
East Walnut Road near South Wood Crossing
Heading West bound on RT 30 (E. Walnut)into East Canton.
