State Route 725 near Clyo Road
The area of concern is between SR 48 and Clyo Road in Centerville Ohio. When you travel east or west on State Route 725 the speed limit is 35 miles and hour. It is a four lane highway with dividers so your speed is not easily noticed when you drive. There is also a steep grade in either direction so keep your foot on the brakes. They will sit in a dentist parking lot or one of the side streets.
Yankee Road near Interstate 675
Sheriff sits on the road just north of I-675 and the baseball park, they are between parked between cars that are always sitting there with for sale signs on them so you can see them but them blend in very well, almost everytime I go by they have someone pulled over, it’s 35 through there and also if you are a solo car going through they will run your plates, by the time you get to I-675 they will be comming up behind you if you have anything wrong. Easy way to catch any outstanding issues. Big brother is watching.
Alex Bell Road near Clyo Road
Heading east on Alex Bell Rd toward Clyo Rd. Centerville’s finest sit in the parking lot on the south side of the street. Your view of them is totally obstructed by trees. You are coming down a steep hill and the speed limit is 35. If you don’t ride your brakes all the way down the hill you will be hitting 50+MPH by the time they clock you.
Franklin Street near State Highway 48
Centerville police seem to sit in and around the Centerville carry out parking lot almost all the time. This is not far from the point where the speed limit drops from 35mph to a completely unrealistic 25mph. Beware, the police are extremely strict and have been known to ticket anyone going 30mph or above, and fines are typically very high. Be careful in and around Centerville as the whole town is somewhat of a speedtrap.
Alex-Bell Road near Clyo Road
Watch out on the 4 lane strip of Alex-Bell(725). The C’ville coppers sit on the corner of Clyo up in on a hill or at night in a turn lane with bright lights on (disguising the 1" LED cherry on top)or behind a retaining wall at the business park. ANY THING over on either hill they will pick you up for
