E 116/MLK, Euclid on the downhill from Fairhill
Cleveland m.o. is to sit at the bottom of hills under bridges. But the cop here has another advantage. They can catch downhillers, or see people running red lights off of Cedar.

Carnegie west of 55th St.-Up to the Lancer Steak House.
Speed of ‘normal’ traffic on Carnegie ranges from 35-50mph, depending on the time of day, YET the speed limit is 25MPH!! Going 25 on this road might get you run over! Whenever the city decides it needs revenue, a cop will sit, just barely exposed in a driveway to any business, and clock with laser. I was just following everyone else and got nailed for double the limit!! *Watch out during/after tribe games*
