Cleves, Ohio Speed Traps

East bound us 50 just over the Miami River bridge the speed limit drops to 50, the speed limit sign is known to disappear. The Cleves police sit right around the curve, hard to see until it’s too late.

This is a very small town west of cincinnati, the town has 2 roads, one is the major highway which is only 50, the way the orad is though you could go 60 and still be very safe, the other road in the town goes stright though and it is 25 but as it dips and how it is straight you could go 35 easy, on the highway there are several hiding places….all along the side of the road there are trees and private drives PLENTY OF PLACES TO HIDE as for the road in town there are several places in between buildings where you would have no idea they would be there….Cleves police i believe have 2 or 3 cars and they are black with blue letters i believe. I have been pulled over several times when i lived there, it was always for something minor but they turned it inot a huge deal and with this being a small town , there is nno such thing as one cop pulling you over you will see the other 2 show up very soon…it is a group deal….i have never recieved a ticket but i have been told they are about 100.00 they do pick on younger people…about a miles past town well shoot stay away from route 50 all together up and down it the speed limits jump up and down it is hard top keep track.
