As soon as you enter Ohio from Pa, There is a 2 mile stretch of Rt 422. This is Coitsville Township. They have a high rate of catching Pa drivers in this jurisdiction. The Police Department over there drive White Dodge Chargers with black hoods. They sit in various spots all along the highway. The speed limit is posted 55MPH. This is a way for the generate revenue from the back of Pa drivers. If you do get pulled over, if you wish to contest the ticket, you will go in front of a judge and the Police officer doesn’t have to be present as it is an arraignment and not a hearing.
