At the intersection of turney rd and Garfield blvd is a police cruiser watching numerous traffic lights on turney rd their is a sign posted that traffic cameras are observing this area, the park rangers are also patrolling this road also the tickets are very expensive and a big money maker for the city of Garfield hts

at the corner 0f turney and Mckracken rd a garfield hts police car that is black all over sits in the parking lot of the fire department watching that intersection , the police car is hiding behind evergreen trees beware

speed limit on I-480 is 60mph
coming off ramp the road is multiple lane and fairly straight
speed limit drops to 35MPH
if you do not see the sign right away the man is gonna get you!
the road ends into a “T”. you can turn right or left
the city policeman literally sits on the curb under the traffic light and runs his LAZER detector as you round the bend
in a matter of seconds you are busted.
some may not consider this a “trap” but if you are not from the area and if you look away (at directions) as you take the ramp, its too late, he has you!

Be careful on I-480 if you are westbound between the Valley View Bridge and I-77. An Independence cruiser will sit in the median at night with his lights off, when this area is actually Garfield Heights.
