On Route 11 overpass using LiDAR/photo. Manned.
On Ohio State Route 11 a police officer sitting on a folding chair with no police vehicle near shooting through the overpass fence on Anderson Morris Road. This is approximately at mile marker 47 or 48. It appears he sits there all day long and issues photo tickets. Anderson Morris Road is not accessible off State Route 11 you have to get off and go through multiple side streets to get there. You cannot see this officer he sits barely head level above the concrete side rails of the overpass. I have video of this speed trap and officer if anyone would like to view it.
